Cancer forced me to make a change. 

After being diagnosed with colon cancer in January 2020, I knew changes were needed.

My journey over the next 18 months led me to become a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Specializing in Gut Health.

After numerous struggles, I discovered how my body could be healthy. I decided it was time to break free from my limitations and step into the person I was always meant to be — confident, and free to live the life I’ve always imagined.

Prior to becoming a member, I was unaware of many things related to foods. I felt that I was fairly educated on clean foods and how things impacted my body. However, what I learned from Karin was, that what I knew was just the tip of the iceberg.
